Senior Executive - Operational Excellence

**Roles and Responsibility:** **Continuous Improvement Leadership** * Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other Operational Excellence initiatives. * Develop and execute the plant Operational Excellence roadmap. * Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions. **Productivity and Efficiency Improvement** * Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Identify and implement productivity enhancement opportunities. * Optimize manpower utilization and process efficiency. * Reduce cycle time, changeover time, and production losses. **Performance Management** * Establish KPIs and performance dashboards. * Monitor plant performance metrics. * Present performance reviews to plant leadership. **Lean Manufacturing Deployment** * Implement Lean tools such as: 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Visual Management, Standard Work * Ensure sustainability of Lean initiatives. **Digital Manufacturing and Analytics** * Utilize data analytics for decision making. * Drive Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives. * Develop manufacturing dashboards and automated reporting systems. * Promote data-driven performance improvement. **Governance and Compliance** * Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices. * Support EHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance requirements. * Conduct operational audits and maturity assessments. * Ensure sustainability of implemented improvements. **Role Specific Skills & Experience :** * 3-5 Years hands-on relevant experience * Graduation in any specialization  **Technical Competencies** * Operational Excellence Methodologies * Improvement Tools * Data Analytics * Strategic Thinking * Continuous Improvement Mindset * Problem Solving * Collaboration * Results Orientation
