* **Job Description** * Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time. * Dealer Query & claim analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) . * Query & claim validation:  approved / returned / rejected within shortest time. * Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time. * High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc) * Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline * Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier * New Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system. * Reporting to local and regional level. * **Educational Qualification and experience:** * Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience * Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process. * Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation. * Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros) * **Competencies** * Customer-oriented * Strong analysis skills * Detail and action-oriented * Self- management * Good logical thinking. * Good Communication skill with overseas dealers. * Able to work under pressure and a sense of urgency Chennai India
