Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an **\[Sr IE Engineer\]** located in **\[Zhuhai\].** Reporting to the **\[IE manager\],** the **\[Sr. IE Engineer\]** role involves… **What a typical day looks like:** * Setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc * 项目工时，人力标配，产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立，维护和改善； * Design production line layout,material flow, ready line set-up schedule and drive team to meet timely; * 设计生产线布局及其物流。制定产线建线计划并统筹各部门如期完成； * Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning; * 生产线产能分析，设备，夹具，及人力需求评估； * Manage machine utilization(OEE&LU), Direct labor utilization(DL-E), coordinate team to take actions and drive performance improvement; * 设备效率和人员效率的评估和改善推进； * NPI support for layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration; * NPI 导入和跟进。负责产线布局设计，调整和优化；积极推动流程改善和工位的平衡调整, 达到设定目标UPH和人力配置； * Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency; * 通过应用IE方法和工具，推动持续改进，消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率。 **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * At least 5 years’ work experiences in IE or related Engineering.
