Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As a Sr Fin Analyst Accounting, Accounts Payable, you'll take the lead as you * Review the payments request received from the various teams to ensure that these are in accordance with company policies and have the appropriate approvals. * Accounting of the payment requests and withhold taxes in accordance with the statutory provisions. * Preparation of vendor payment advices after receiving the appropriate approvals. * Communication of payment details to vendors and providing clarifications. * Reconciliation of vendor accounts and aging statements. * Processing vendor payments in foreign currency and preparation of the necessary documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Foreign Exchange Management Act 2000. * Accounting for inward remittance towards accounts receivable. * Responsible for review of cash transactions and physical verification of cash. * Preparation of weekly/fortnightly fund positions and flagging of the request for fund transfers. * Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) with internal clients are met on time. * Responsible for vendor wise provisioning for monthly closure of accounts. * Preparation of audit schedules and participating in the audit of accounts. * Preparation of Monthly Dashboards for Business Support. * Monitor the regulatory changes in India and keep the appropriate function updated of the potential impact and actions which they need to take-up and assess the situation * Support initiatives within Target India in implementation of key vendor payable related regulatory changes and updation of process documents * Lead process improvement ideas in driving efficiency, strengthening controls and improving quality **REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:** The Sr Financial Analyst Accounting – Accounts Payable will report to Senior Manager FAR – Vendor Payables. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** College degree in accounting with 4-6 years’ experience. Good knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable function in a global environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP Knowledge of relevant Indirect taxes like VAT; Service Tax; TDS; Customs; FEMA , GST etc. Qualifications like Chartered Accountants; Company Secretary; Cost Accountant or other financial qualifications will be an advantage.
