**Position Overview** --------------------- The **Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst –** Regional FP&A role sits within the Regional FP&A team and plays a dual mission: . 1) **Regional FP&A** – Support total company analysis on the Pricing, Margin and SG&A 2) Serve as a **digital champion** within the region, actively driving and participating in finance digitalization and process optimization initiatives This role offers strong exposure across functions and businesses, providing a **total company view** and a solid platform for future career growth within FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation roles. This role is ideal for a high-potential FP&A professional who enjoys combining business partnering with digital innovation and wants to grow within a dynamic regional finance organization. **What you will do:** --------------------- ### 1\. Regional FP&A * Support Regional FP&A in driving **pricing, margin, and SG&A performance management** across the Greater China business. * Provide regular insights on **pricing realization, margin performance, and cost productivity opportunities** to support delivery of financial commitments. * Lead total company SG&A analysis, helping management understand spending patterns, cost structure, and return on investment across functions and businesses. * Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end company operating model, including commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and functional organizations, to provide a holistic total company perspective. * Prepare **management reporting, leadership presentations**, and executive insights to facilitate effective decision-making. * Support key regional initiatives and transformation projects that drive productivity, profitability, and long-term growth. ### 2\. Digitalization & Process Optimization (Digital Champion) * Act as a **digital ambassador** within the Regional FP&A team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality. * Participate in and support **finance digitalization projects**, including reporting automation, data visualization, and planning tool enhancements. * Leverage tools such as **Excel, SAP, Power BI**, and **emerging digital / AI-enabled solutions** to streamline FP&A processes. * Continuously challenge existing processes and drive **process simplification, standardization, and optimization**. * Demonstrate curiosity and passion for **AI, digital finance, and new ways of working**, with the ability to learn quickly and apply ideas pragmatically. 3\. Other Regional Ad-hoc tasks ------------------------------- * Will have opportunities to take on various ad-hoc tasks or projects **Minimum Qualifications:** --------------------------- ### Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management. * Typically **3–5 years of experience** in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment. * Hands-on experience in **business partnering** and performance management. ### Technical & Analytical Skills * Strong understanding of **P&L mechanics**, including revenue, margin, and SG&A drivers. * Solid financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong Excel capability is required. * Experience with **ERP systems (e.g. SAP)** and data / visualization tools such as **Power BI** is a strong plus. * Interest or exposure to **digital, automation, and AI applications in finance** is highly desirable. ### Soft Skills & Mindset * Agile, fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment. * Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach. * Effective communicator who can translate complex financial information into clear business messages. * Collaborative team player, comfortable working across functions and managing constructive challenges. * Passion for continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization.
