Senior Financial Planning Analyst

**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** You will partner closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Retail, Real Estate, Planning, and. Operations, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business performance and strategic decision-making. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are hiring for two Senior Financial Analysts who will support the Stores Finance team. One role will support the Partners business, and the other will support the Nike Value/Liquidation business. We are looking for highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analysts to support financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidates will combine strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders. **The ideal candidate brings:** * Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. * Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights. * Experience assessing business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities. * Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. * Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial insights to different audiences. * A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** * Drive monthly forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes. * Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights. * Evaluate store and fleet performance to support profitability and growth objectives. * Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and assess investment opportunities, including new stores and capital projects. * Develop reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making. * Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Retail, Real Estate, Planning, and Operations teams to influence business outcomes. * Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
