Senior Functional Analyst

**Scope:** * Ability to visualize solution and translate customer or PMG business requirements into functional design solution. * Ability to work with more than one scrum team to accomplish delivery targets with respect to feature completeness and quality aspects * Ability to make tactical decisions about product direction and be able to contribute to strategic decisions * Ability to work with members from other departments like customer support and sales * Ability to define and take accountability of definition of done for a feature **Our current technical environment:** * **Software:** Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth * **Application Architecture**: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture * **Cloud Architecture**: MS Azure (Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) * **Frameworks/Others**: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, Gradle GIT, Ignite **What you’ll do:** * Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. * Works with all levels of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software) associates in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs and testing. * Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications. * Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property. Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and procedures * Handles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. * Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally defined practices and policies. * Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements **What we are looking for:** * 3-5 years of industrial or domain experience * Transportation domain experience is mandatory * Possesses deep functional knowledge of a product and an understanding of the solution suite domain. * Experience in building SaaS based application/next gen solution in Transportation domain * Exposure to customer interaction and able to communicate on product capabilities to them * Mentor or guide junior team members * Quality focused development, define stories, definition of done, story/feature sign off **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
