Senior Java Backend Developer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project: * Develop and modernise Java based microservices and integration components connecting IMSecurities with Nordea systems. * Support business flow and volume migration, new business logic and rearchitecture in a financial platform. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, deploy and support microservices and integrations. * Analyse requirements, business and system flows, logs and data flows, and troubleshoot production issues. * Plan deployments and releases, collaborate with developers, analysts, QA and infrastructure teams. * Work in Agile Scrum with Jira, share knowledge and promote good development practices. Work model and offer: * Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, with 2 or 3 days weekly in the office. * Flexible organisation, international English speaking environment and Scandinavian work life balance. * Additional training financed by Jit and regular integration meetings. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * At least 10 years of Java backend development in large scale enterprise environments. * SQL, relational databases and preferably Oracle. * Messaging and event driven integration, preferably IBM MQ and Kafka. * Containerized environments and Kubernetes. * REST services, microservices and integration patterns. * Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Automated testing with JUnit and Testcontainers. * Requirements, system flow, log, data flow and production issue analysis. * Fluent English.
