We are looking for the Senior / Lead HR Business Partner who partners with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement Duties & Responsibilities: Business Partnership: • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies. • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. • Support business transformation, organizational change, and growth initiatives. • Use people data and analytics to inform business decisions and recommend actionable solutions. Talent Management: • Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent. • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives. • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. • Coach managers on talent assessment and career development conversations. • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their development. Organizational Development & Change Management: • Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives. • Partner with leaders during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or transformation programs. • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives. • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness. • Strong experience in employee relations, including handling complex employee cases and termination processes. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner r experience • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. • Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management. • Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational transformations, restructuring, and culture change initiatives. • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to balance business needs and risk management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and leverage data to drive business decisions. • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels.
