Senior Logistics Specialist **Job Description** ------------------- **Position Summary** The Senior Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing logistics operations while maintaining a strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory movement, order fulfillment, outbound distribution, and reverse logistics. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and compliant logistics execution, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving cross-functional collaboratio **Key Responsibilities** **Daily 3PL Coordination** * Coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound/inventory management/re-packing/outbound/return * Investigate and Follow up operational issues * Maintain daily logistics records **Outbound and Transportation Coordination** * Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery. * Monitor performance, service levels, and costs against KPIs * Optimize routing, load planning, and delivery schedules to improve efficiency. * Handle outbound and transportation-related issues such as delays, damages, claims, and customer complaints. * Ensure outbound and transportation activities comply with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements * Coordinate delivery schedules during promotions, peak seasons, and new product launches * Ensure POD entry complies with company target. **Continuous Improvement & Projects** * Identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, service quality, and operational control * Participate in logistics-related projects such as 3PL transitions, network optimization, or system implementation * Support process standardization and contribute to the development of logistics workflows, controls, and best practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service execution **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred * 5+ years of logistics experience on the customer or shipper side, preferably in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or a similarly fast-paced environment. * Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, warehousing, outbound transportation, and returns management * Practical experience in coordinating daily logistics operations with 3PL providers. * Experience in process improvement, SOP development, and logistics workflow optimization. * Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related logistics systems is preferred. * SAP knowledge preferred * Good communication skills. **Primary Location** -------------------- Taipei Office **Additional Locations** ------------------------ **Worker Type** --------------- Employee **Worker Sub-Type** ------------------- Regular **Time Type** ------------- Full time
