Senior Manager Bi and Analytics

**Job Brief:** We are looking for a Manager of BI and Analytics to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics team at [Creative Chaos](https://himalayas.app/companies/creative-chaos). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools, and will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. ### Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead the BI and Analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with business goals. * Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, design data models, and ensure data integrity. * Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business initiatives. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, and recommend improvements to existing processes. * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. * Manage vendor relationships and procurement of BI tools and technologies as necessary. ### Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. * Strong statistical and analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R. * Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Understanding of business operations and strategic planning in a corporate environment. ### Benefits **Perks & benefits** * **Paid Time Off** * **Work From Home** * **Health Insurance** * **OPD** * **Training and Development** Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
