Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite At Stryker, we're looking for a strategic and collaborative marketing leader to drive growth across our Extremities portfolio in Canada. As Senior Manager, Marketing & Medical Education, you will shape brand strategy, elevate customer engagement, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative education and marketing programs that create meaningful impact for healthcare professionals and patients. This is an exciting opportunity to influence portfolio direction, develop future-focused marketing initiatives, and help advance one of the world's leading medical technology organizations.   **What you will do:** • Sets strategic direction and ensures execution for portfolio growth through development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, portfolio development, internal and external education strategies, and customer engagement campaigns • In alignment with global strategy, sets annual and long-range brand/indications strategy to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets • Creates/distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns (“menu”) and best practices which can be localized for maximum impact • Identify education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value • Development of trust and strong relationships with LOCAL marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOL) • In collaboration with the Divisional/Portfolio Marketing/Local Marketing teams, creation of Annual Marketing Plan and portfolio roadmap over 3-5 year horizon • Work with country leadership to forecast demand develop relationships with supply chain partners • Define and execute regional product life cycle including phase-in (launch) and phase-out (PLCM) of products • Provide analysis of business performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future brand performance. Define mitigating actions to deliver on strategy. • Partner with divisional resources to develop portfolio through new product development, line extensions, and M&A activity • Work in partnership with local Product Managers in a complex matrix organization, influencing and ensuring execution of the Marketing strategies • In partnership with Sales Leaders identify internal training needs and create relevant content and training programs • Create scalable customer engagement events and medical education programs • Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insights • Take the lead in developing KOL’s for the brand • Act as Mentor and deliver training as and when necessary to more junior Brand Managers within the team **What you will need:** **Required:** • High School diploma AND 6 years of work experience OR Associate's Degree AND 4 years of work experience required in lieu of Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of work experience required **Preferred:** • Bachelor's degree preferred • MBA preferred • Medical device and/or marketing experience preferred • People management experience preferred   **Canada Pay Ranges:** * **Canada**: $130,100 - $173,450 CAD Annual Travel Percentage: 30%
