Job Description **Role Purpose** The Sr. Strategy Manager will serve as a **core strategic intelligence & insight partner**, providing senior leadership with real-time strategic insights to **inform long-term strategic direction**, **expand near-term decision options**, and **shape company China strategy**. This role will build a holistic view on **China macro dynamics, global perspectives on China market, China pharmaceutical market dynamics, competitive intelligence**, monitoring these trends and translating into **clear strategic implications, options, and recommendations** for China. **Key Responsibilities** **1. China Macro Dynamics & Global Perspectives on China market** * Monitor China macro dynamics, and identify **potential opportunities and risks** for our company **2\. China Pharmaceutical Industry & Long‑Term Strategy Insight** * Track and analyze **China Pharmaceutical Industry trends**, develop a **holistic, forward‑looking view** in close partnership with cross-functional teams * Synthesize disparate signals into **clear strategic narratives** **3\. China Pharmaceutical Industry & Long‑Term Strategy Insight** * Monitor **strategic movements of leading pharmaceutical/biotech players** * Translate competitor activity into **actionable strategic implications, risks, and opportunities for China** **4\. China Pharmaceutical Industry & Long‑Term Strategy Insight** * Analyze **annual and quarterly performance results** * Communicate concise insights on **implications to China** **5\.
