Senior Manual Tester

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Perform end-to-end testing of applications and surrounding ecosystems within the Mortgage domain * Analyze requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, create detailed test cases, and execute manual functional tests across full user workflows * Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps * Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues, perform retesting, and support regression testing * Review functional requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability * Participate in refinement sessions and ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable * Verify integration points between system components and validate data flows across applications * Test third-party integrations from a functional perspective * Work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other project stakeholders * Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate test progress, risks, and testing estimates * Prepare test status reports and quality metrics * Assess release readiness and support UAT activities * Plan and execute regression tests for each release **Kogo poszukujemy?** * 8+ years of experience in software testing * Strong testing experience, preferably with background in the Mortgage domain * Solid manual testing skills, including functional, system, integration, API, and end-to-end testing * Strong tester mindset with high attention to detail, quality, and potential risks * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of testing activities * General testing knowledge at ISTQB Foundation Level * Experience with modern testing standards and good testing practices * Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems * Practical experience with test management tools such as qTest, Xray, HP ALM, or similar * Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence * Experience working in Agile teams * Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-country environment * Good communication skills and good command of English * Willingness to learn and understand new tools, processes, and business areas _Nice to have:_ * ISTQB Foundation Level certification would be an advantage * Knowledge of automated API testing tools such as Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines * Experience testing microservices-based architectures **Czego wymagamy?** 8 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Application lifecycle management * Manual testing * API testing Mile widziane: * Cypress Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 16.8k–19.3k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Możliwa częściowo * Pakiet medyczny, Pakiet sportowy **Kim jesteśmy?** DCG to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się potrzeby biznesu i ambicje ludzi.
