The Opportunity

As the **Senior Medical Affairs Manager**, the position represents the affiliate’s medical/scientific voice of expertise for assigned relevant therapeutic areas and special task assignment. The position provides medical/scientific expert advice and guidance to key customers for assigned products and relevant therapeutic areas, including scientific exchange and professional relationship development with key opinion leaders. It provides medical/scientific input into marketing strategy and key commercial initiatives, as required, and medical/scientific support for medical department activities under the direction of the Head of the affiliate medical function.
What You’ll Do

* Develop and maintain in depth knowledge for assigned product(s) and relevant therapeutic area(s).
* Provide expert medical/scientific advice for assigned products and related therapeutic areas.
* Provide medical/scientific input into marketing strategy and key commercial initiatives, as required.
* Deliver scientific and medical education programs to healthcare professionals.
* Review and approve promotional materials, ensuring the highest standards of medical accuracy and fair, objective, and balanced communication.
* Develop scientific materials and initiate approval requests.
* Cooperate on clinical research activities with global and regional teams, including implementation and management of local clinical trials, IIS, BE, feasibility studies, and non-interventional clinical research activities.
* Assure that clinical research program design meets scientific objectives and aligns with Medical Affairs strategy.
* Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulatory requirements.
* Build relationships with investigators and apply their inputs to enhance study design and protocols.
* Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites, and therapeutic areas.
* Collaborate and liaise with study team members to support project execution.
* Serve as the scientific expert on clinical research matters and regulatory requirements.
* Administer and maintain appropriate documentation, including protocol approvals and study expenditures.
* Support sites in adapting, driving, and tracking subject recruitment plans in line with project needs.
* Manage internal TARC review and approval of local clinical activities in assigned therapeutic areas.
* Lead local clinical trial applications through central research committees where required.
* Complete monthly metric data entry.
* Manage CLIMATE and Clinical Tracker SharePoint platforms.
* Coach and manage Medical Affairs Specialist performance, including monitoring monthly metrics and driving excellence in execution towards Medical Affairs strategic and tactical goals.
Requirements
------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy plus higher education at Master’s degree level.
* Minimum 2 years of Medical Affairs Manager experience in a pharmaceutical company.
* Excellent ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* General knowledge of drug development and clinical research is an advantage.
* Strong interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge in assigned therapeutic areas/products and medical research in general.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* High customer orientation.
* Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, networking, tact, and diplomacy skills.
* Fluent in English and Thai, both verbal and written.
* Good computer skills and ability to learn and adapt to working with IT systems.
* Knowledge of ICH, GCP, regulations, industry practices, and applicable standards.
* Strong commitment to compliance, scientific quality, and integrity.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
