If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. **DevOps Senior member Technical -** **Role Overview** Supports the design and maintenance of enterprise systems by preparing test data, analyzing results, troubleshooting problems and communicating issues back to development. The DevOps approach to software development requires frequent, incremental changes to code versions, resulting in frequent deployment and testing regimens. Develops, monitors and maintain procedures and service level needs while providing user support. Automation engineers design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks.   Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure. * Support enterprise systems by preparing and executing test scenarios, analyzing outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. * Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and streamline software delivery processes. * Automate operational and deployment tasks using scripting and automation tools. * Manage and support CI/CD platforms, source control repositories, and artifact management systems. * Monitor system health, availability, and performance of DevOps tools and services. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and automation workflows. * Maintain operational procedures, service-level requirements, and technical documentation. * Provide end-user and application support as required. * Design, program, simulate, test, and optimize automated processes to improve operational efficiency and reliability. **Required Qualifications** * 3 to 6 years of experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as **Jenkins, GitLab, Chef, and Artifactory**. * Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using **Bash, Python, and Groovy**. * Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining **Continuous Integration (CI)** and **Continuous Deployment (CD)** solutions following industry best practices. * Experience with **Git-based version control systems** and artifact repository management. * Ability to monitor, maintain, and ensure high availability of DevOps platforms and services. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to deployment and automation environments. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. **Functional Knowledge** * Demonstrates a solid understanding of DevOps concepts, procedures, and methodologies within the discipline. * Applies established principles and processes while maintaining a working knowledge of related technical areas. **Business Expertise** * Understands key business objectives and operational drivers. * Applies business knowledge to effectively support team goals and deliver quality outcomes. **Leadership** * Functions as an individual contributor with no direct supervisory responsibilities. * Provides informal mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing to new team members. **Problem Solving** * Resolves a variety of routine to moderately complex technical issues. * Evaluates potential solutions using technical expertise, standard procedures, and established practices. * Works with moderate supervision while exercising sound judgment in decision-making. **Impact** * Contributes to the quality and reliability of team deliverables. * Works within established policies, standards, and operational guidelines to support organizational objectives. **Interpersonal Skills** * Communicates technical concepts and complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Builds productive working relationships across teams and collaborates effectively in a dynamic environment.
