Senior Net Developer with Azure

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Designing and developing the server-side foundation of the SafetyTrack platform using ASP.NET Core Web API * Building a secure, scalable API layer that serves as the single point of access to business logic and data * Designing and implementing data models for versioned questionnaire templates, user responses, workflows, file storage, and analytical reporting views * Implementing secure, role-based and OrgaTree-aware access control using Azure Entra External Identities (OIDC) * Developing cross-cutting platform capabilities such as validation, caching, rate limiting, and observability * Supporting integrations with Agentic AI services where applicable, including response classification and knowledge-based capabilities * Collaborating closely with Front-end Developers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, and the Tech Lead to define API contracts and deliver end-to-end solutions * Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery with feedback-ready increments every sprint * Ensuring high standards of security, auditability, and maintainability across the platform * Continuously improving the platform architecture by applying modern engineering best practices **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Strong experience in backend development using .NET (C#), preferably with .NET 6 or later * Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, and Application Insights * Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB * Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts and modular architecture * Experience writing unit and integration tests and applying test-driven development practices * Proven ability to optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability * Practical knowledge of observability principles, including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing * Ability to design and implement secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions * Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment * Fluent English (B2/C1 level) **Czego wymagamy?** 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * .NET * Azure Cloud Services * SQL * NoSQL * Domain-Driven Design * C# * Azure Functions * Azure App Services * Azure Storage * Azure Service Bus * Application Insights * Azure SQL Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 17k–28k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości **Kim jesteśmy?** Xebia is a global, award-winning, AI-first consulting, software engineering, and training company.
