Senior Net Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project and role: * Develop and extend a custom workflow framework and digital platforms supporting safety, certification and compliance in maritime and industrial sectors. * Design and build scalable event driven microservices and modern frontend components. * Contribute to pilot deployments and validate solutions in high risk operational environments. * Work with customers and cross functional stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions for complex industry challenges. * Work fully remotely, with 2 to 4 business trips per year to an office in Poland or Norway. * Use .NET and C#, React.js, Kafka, Azure, PostgreSQL, Docker and Kubernetes. Key responsibilities: * Extend the custom C# framework for workflow migration. * Build and maintain frontend components. * Write technical documentation and extend the automated testing framework. * Support pilot deployments through responsive issue resolution. * Validate solutions against business requirements and balance pilot priorities with ongoing development. **Kogo poszukujemy?** * At least 5 years of development experience with .NET 8.0 and C#. * Hands on frontend development with React.js or StencilJS Web Components. * Solid understanding of event driven architectures, including Kafka and MassTransit. * Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server and MongoDB. * Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes and Helm for containerization and orchestration. * Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. * Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills, including production issue resolution. * Direct customer and cross functional collaboration. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation. * Good English communication skills at minimum B2 level. **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * .NET 8.0 * C# * Event-Driven Architecture * Docker * Kubernetes * Helm * Rozwiązywanie problemów * Production issue resolution Mile widziane: * React * StencilJS * Web Components * Kafka Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 25k–28k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości **Kim jesteśmy?** We provide complete software development teams, who will take complex care of your software.
