Senior Npi Test Engineer

**Roles and Responsibility:** \- Drive New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories \- Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes \- Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on new product introduction, yield improvement, and test cost reduction projects \- Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories \- Have knowledge of Tester Software, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.), and Test Data Analysis \- Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories \- Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings \- Provide technical expertise and support all test related issues and test procedures at OSAT \- Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and teamwork with cross functional team **Requirements:** \- Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering \- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering \- Basic problem-solving capabilities \- Knowledge of Digital, Mixed Signal test (or willingness to learn) \- Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober (or willingness to learn) \- Good communication and organizational skills \- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions \- Able to work independently with good initiative to overcome technical challenges \- Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situation [More information about NXP in Greater China...](https://www.nxp.com/company/about-nxp/worldwide-locations/greater-china:CHINA) #LI-7743
