**Job Overview**
The Senior Operations Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of advisor compensations transactions in accordance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements. This role is ideal for developing-career professionals building foundational knowledge of Client Compensation and financial services operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process advisor compensation transactions, including advisory fees, billing adjustments, commissions, and reimbursements
* Monitor assigned processing queues and meet turnaround time SLAs
* Review transactions and documentation to ensure items are in good order
* Perform basic reconciliation and data validation checks
* Apply standard risk and quality controls and escalate issues as appropriate
* Respond to internal partner or advisor inquiries regarding transaction status
* Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes

**Required Qualifications**
* 2-4 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operations
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
