Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager1 ****Qualifications:**** * Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses * At least 8 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success * PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, CSM or SAFe certification a plus * At least 2 large Oracle Fusion implementation projects delivered successfully as the Lead Project Manager * Previous project experience that incorporated organizational change management preferred * Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors * Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives * Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall * Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities * Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed * Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.  * Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve project delivery processes.  * Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment.  * Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.  * Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and managing all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader.
