Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)1 **Key Responsibilities:** * 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications. * Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required: * Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory * Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal * Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics * Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP * Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations * Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP * Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management * Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users * Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation. * Current Oracle certification * Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support) * Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions * Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications * Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors * Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications * Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements * Drive process improvements and recommend best practices * Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance * Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions * Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations * Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
