As our next **Senior Performance Marketing Lead,** you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who’s ready to shape how Checkatrade wins in a world of AI-driven search, dynamic pricing, and always-on discovery. **Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:** * Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app. * Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats. * Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals. * Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future-ready **It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:** * Experience (or eagerness to learn) in high-scale performance marketing, ideally across web and app. * A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. * Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems. * Confidence with SA360, Performance Max, and AI-led optimisation, or the drive to master them fast. **We believe great work deserves great rewards.
