Senior Phlebotomist

This position combines technical and advisory skills. **EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:** High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or will graduate within 12 months of hire into role CPR Certification required Phlebotomy Certification required Minimum 3 years of Phlebotomy experience required Medical Terminology required Familiarity with science courses preferred Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required Manual dexterity required Computer knowledge preferred **SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** Good communication skills and manual dexterity. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
