Senior PM - Strategic Partnerships

**Job Purpose:** Our Senior Product Manager is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for a highly complex product portfolio. This role must define the Go-to-Market strategy for their portfolio by establishing: Where to Play, How to Win, and what Capabilities & Tracking are needed to deliver against their specific financial plan. **Job Responsibilities:** ● Manage all aspects of assortment and vendor management including: go-to-market strategy, market trend analysis, programs to create demand, financials, cross-functional intercompany and supplier relationships, product selection, negotiation and deal closure, guidance for selling organization. ● Financial management including sales results, item lifecycle, returns, margins, program dollars, terms and conditions, and corporate goals, supported by Finance Team. ● Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product lines. **Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:** ● Lead product and vendor strategy, category performance, supplier negotiations, promotions, and profitability initiatives. Drive portfolio growth and financial results for a leading specialty packaging and distribution company.
