Senior Principal Telecommunication Engineer

**Title:** Sr. Principal Telecommunication Engineer Job Posting Description Job Responsibilities: * Take responsibility for the end‑to‑end delivery of the TSI/Telecoms Engineering Package. * Support the Telecoms Lead Engineer in all telecom-related engineering activities. * Develop Telecoms Systems Specifications, TSI Scope of Work, and Bill of Materials. * Prepare Telecoms system block diagrams, sketches, and related technical documentation. * Review and validate telecoms system studies including PAGA coverage, radio coverage, VSAT link calculations, and fibre optic link budgets. * Prepare technical requisitions and perform technical bid evaluations for telecoms systems. * Perform telecoms power consumption, heat dissipation, and weight calculations. * Liaise with clients to address engineering comments and propose technical solutions. * Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage system interfaces and integration. * Ensure all telecom engineering deliverables comply with technical, quality, and schedule requirements. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications). * Minimum of 15 years of experience in Telecoms Detailed Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably on offshore projects. * Knowledge of international regulations, codes, and standards affecting Telecoms Systems. * Knowledge of Telecoms studies and calculations. * Proficient in writing Telecoms specifications. * Team player who can interact effectively with colleagues from other disciplines, clients, and suppliers.
