**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Turning requirements and needs into polished interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications * Creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions * Ensuring faithful implementation of designs alongside the frontend team * Setting design directions and proactively initiating redesigns for struggling modules * Maintaining full visual consistency across the brand and scaling UX/UI standards * Collaborating closely with the development team and in-house domain experts * Working in a flexible model: remote, hybrid, or on-site in Warsaw **Kogo poszukujemy?** * At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects * Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs * Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards * Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions * Strong autonomy and full ownership of work, not looking for a management role * Fluent English for working in an international environment **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Figma * Illustrator * HTML/CSS * UI design * Photoshop * UX design * UX/UI Design * Design Systems * Prototyping * Information Architecture Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 18k–22k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości **Kim jesteśmy?** VolleyStation is a technology solution designed to meet the comprehensive digital needs of volleyball organizations.
