Join us as we create something extraordinary together. **Job Overview:**   LPL Financial is seeking a **Senior Professional, Data Product Owner (DPO)** to own and manage individual Wealth Management (WM) data products while driving adoption of AI-powere3d solutions across the data ecosystem.  This role combines traditional Data Product Ownership responsibilities with hands-on leadership in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives. The Associate will identify automation opportunities, defines AI-enabled data products, develops AI Agents, and ensure production-ready deployment aligned with governance, security, and business objectives.   **Responsibilities**  **AI Strategy and Innovation**   * Identify and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities across the data ecosystem.   * Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows (data quality, lineage, governance, pipelines).   * Define agent workflows, tool integrations (APIs, SQL, metadata systems), and execution logic.   * Implement reliability patterns including guardrails, monitoring, and error handling.   * Partner with engineering teams to productionize and scale agent-based solutions.  **Technical Partnership**  * Work closely with Data Custodians and Engineering teams.   * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions.   * Review data models, schemas, transformations, and lineage.   * Support implementation of AI, metadata, and data catalog solutions.  **What are we looking for?**  We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we **win together** and **create and share joy** in our work.  **Requirements:**  **Must have**  * 4–6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Products, Applied AI, or platform-oriented roles.   * Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (advanced querying, optimization).   * Strong Python development skills, with experience building production-grade workflows.   * Experience working with data platforms, distributed systems, or integration layers.   * Experience with LLM platforms (Amazon Bedrock preferred or equivalent).   * Experience designing and building AI agents or workflow automation systems.   * Strong understanding of tool-using agents (APIs, SQL execution, system integrations).   * Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments with governance considerations.  **Core Competencies****:**  * Strong understanding of **data quality, lineage, and governance within data products**  * Ability to translate **emerging AI capabilities into scalable, business-aligned solutions**  * Comfortable operating in **highly governed and regulated environments** (financial services preferred)  * Excellent communication skills across **technical and business stakeholders**  * Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on **innovation and continuous improvement**  * Ability to embed **governance, reliability, and trust** into AI-enabled data products  **Preferences****:**  * Experience with frameworks like **LangChain, LangGraph**, or similar orchestration tools   * Familiarity with **vector databases** (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, etc.)   * Understanding of **LLM evaluation techniques** (accuracy, hallucination detection, benchmarking)   * Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems with **monitoring and governance**   * Exposure to **fine-tuning, embeddings, or model customization approaches**   * Experience in **data product ownership or product management**  [LPL Global Business Services, LLP - PRIVACY POLICY](https://www.lpl.com/content/dam/edam/culture/people/benefits/global-business-services-job-applicant-privacy-policy.pdf)
