Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry._ **Job Description** **SUMMARY** We are hiring a senior program/project manager for Ares Infrastructure and Platforms group.   You will be managing  IT projects across a complex multi national enterprise.   We are looking for people who know both Agile and waterfall well, someone who can be a scrum master or whip out a Gannt chart..   Demonstrable experience managing cloud,  IT and software engineering projects using Agile is a requirement, and the optimal candidate will have experience as a scrum master.  **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:** ·         Project/Program management across 100 person internal org ·         Ability to act as a Scrum master in an Agile program **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Financial services experience * 10 years+ of large scale project and program management. * Experience in Agile, with specific experience as a scrum master. * Ability to manage large technical programs that need to be rolled out to thousands of employees. * Active working knowledge of Jira & MS Project * (Optional) The more technical you are the better.  Previous technical experience a bonus. **Reporting Relationships** Global Head of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering **Compensation** The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role. $175,000 - $225,000 The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
