Senior Program Planner

**Job Description: Senior Program Planner (Scheduler)** **Position:** Senior Program Planner (Scheduler) **Employment Type:** Full-Time (4 Years) **Experience:** Minimum 15 Years **Qualification:** Graduate in Engineering / Construction Management or related field. **Experience Requirements:** * Minimum **15 years** of progressive programme/project planning experience. * Minimum **5 years** on large-scale construction projects. * Experience in **delay claim analysis** and preparing/reviewing **claim schedules**. * Must have worked in similar role on at least **2 projects in last 10 years**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and monitor project/program schedules. * Track progress, critical path, milestones, and delays. * Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and programme-level updates. * Support delay analysis and claim schedule preparation/review. * Ensure compliance with scheduling documentation standards. **Technical Skills:** * Proficient in **Primavera P6** (mandatory). * Familiar with web-based tools and programme management dashboards.
