The role requires strong hands‑on experience in **IBMS, BMS, CCTV, ACS, and Controls systems**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and manage **IBMS / BMS / ELV projects** from site kickoff to commissioning and handover. * Handle system integration and execution of **CCTV, ACS, and control systems**. * Coordinate with **project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors** for smooth execution. * Ensure adherence to **project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines**. * Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents; resolve site‑level technical issues. * Support **testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT**, and final handover activities. * Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records. * Assist in billing inputs, material tracking, and resource coordination. ### **Mandatory Skills & Experience** * Strong hands‑on experience in: * **IBMS** * **BMS** * **CCTV** * **Access Control Systems (ACS)** * **Controls systems** * Proven experience in **project execution and site coordination** * Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and system architecture** * Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills ### **Educational Qualification** * **BE / BTech / Diploma** in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline
