Senior Project Manager

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project * Deliver technology initiatives in a complex financial sector environment by coordinating business and technology stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements, monitor delivery progress, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities * Coordinate end to end project execution from planning through closure. * Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets. * Facilitate governance and approval processes in line with internal policies and regulations. * Report progress, identify risks early, and escalate them to ensure predictable delivery. * Lead change management and follow Core Technology change processes. Work model and benefits * Hybrid work from Gdańsk, with 2 or 3 days per week from the office, and flexible work organization. * International Scandinavian environment, daily English use, work life balance, training financed by Jit, and regular integration meetings. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements * Proven experience leading technology projects. * Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with financial and resource management. * Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office. * Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights. * Advanced presentation skills. * Advanced English for work in international teams.
