Senior Project Manger

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Responsibilities: * Manage daily project execution, including scope, task coordination, and change requests. Ensure smooth tactical delivery, allowing the Program Manager to focus on overall strategy and long-term planning. * Provide clear project status updates by tracking delivery health and performance. Maintain and review Jira dashboards and weekly reports, including capacity versus velocity, burndown charts, and statistics. * Partner with project and technical leads on resource planning and assignments. Coordinate team members across projects to optimize utilization, balance workloads, and ensure accurate time reporting. * Track project budgets across sites, manage constraints, support frontend effort estimates, and contribute to planning and forecasting. * Work with site managers, the Frontend Program Manager, and the Delivery & Service Manager to align scope, priorities, timelines, objectives, and commitments. * Identify, track, and manage risks and dependencies. Maintain the Frontend Risk & Dependency Register, drive mitigation actions, and keep stakeholders informed of impacts and resolutions. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Requirements: * Strong background in project management (PMP or Agile certifications preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. * Proven experience in resource planning and cross-functional team management. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel and Jira as must-have). * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong background in presenting analytical data, monthly KPIs view. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Strategic thinking with an ability to balance immediate demands and long-term goals. * The candidate must be ready to work an adjusted schedule to accommodate U.S. business needs, which includes overlapping hours outside the standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (CET time).
