Job Description
We are on the lookout for a **Senior Property & Casualty Auditor**. Davies’s Property and Casualty Audit Solutions division conducts approximately 300 audits annually, covering various types of audits within the Property & Casualty industry, including claim audits, underwriting file reviews, TPA audits, Cover holder MGA/carrier audits, reinsurance audits, premium audits, and compliance audits.
As the Senior Property & Casualty Auditor, you will be responsible for developing customized audit plans tailored to client’s needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized auditing experience.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct complex and high-level audit
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance
* Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client
* Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
* Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations

* Perform other duties as assigned
This is a full-time, home-based position that may require some travel.
### Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience
* Technical underwriting experience required
* 10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred
* 5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired
* Experience with the London market is a plus
* Independently perform detailed claim audits
* Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills
* Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
* Some travel required
* Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
* In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team
