**Senior QA Engineer (Healthcare RCM)** CompuGroup Medical | MDeverywhere India Pvt. Our Noida team plays a central role in CGM's US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business, and quality is at the heart of everything we deliver. **Your Contribution** --------------------- * Own end to end quality for assigned RCM product areas: identify, analyze, and document defects in program function, workflow, output, and content to ensure compliance with requirements. * Design, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, API, and data validation testing for US healthcare claims and remittance workflows. * Build and extend automated test suites and integrate them into our CI/CD pipelines. Example of tools include Selenium and Smartbear Test Complete. * Apply AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test case generation, coverage analysis, and defect triage. Examples include Claude, ChatCGM and Copilot. * Validate X12 EDI transactions (837P/837I claims, 835 remittances, 270/271 eligibility) across clearinghouse and payer workflows. * Set up and maintain test environments and test data, including de-identified healthcare data sets. * Plan test schedules and strategies in line with project scope and delivery dates and provide accurate work estimates. * Provide 3rd level production support for existing applications. The position operates from **5:00 PM to 2:15 AM IST** to align with US Eastern business hours and requires participation in a structured on-call rotation. **Your Qualification** ---------------------- * 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in test automation. * Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and API testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, SoapUI and AI tools such as Claude to create those test cases. * Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. * Strong working knowledge of X12 EDI and the US healthcare revenue cycle (medical billing, claims, denials, remittances). Experience at an RCM, clearinghouse, or US healthcare product company strongly preferred. * Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) and defect management tools (Jira or similar). * Deadline and results oriented, very organized, and able to prioritize across parallel releases. * Excellent oral and written English communication, comfortable working directly with US based product, development, and operations teams. **What You Can Expect from Us** ------------------------------- * Purpose: Become part of a significant initiative at the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation.
