Senior QA Engineer - Manual and Integration Testing

**Scope** * Ensure high product quality through efficient defect detection, risk assessment, and collaboration across cross-functional teams * Conduct integration testing to verify smooth data flow and reliable interactions across applications, modules, and systems, supporting end-to-end stability * Collaborate across cross-functional teams to validate software against business, technical, and compliance requirements * Grow into test automation responsibilities over time, with TestComplete as the primary automation tool **Our Current Technical Environment** * **Languages & Tools:** Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Git, Jenkins * **Automation (Growth Path):** TestComplete * **Application Architecture:** Page Object Model (POM) * **Cloud Architecture:** OCI, Microsoft Azure * **Frameworks:** TestNG * **Tracking & Management:** JIRA, TestRail **What You’ll Do** * Design, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for web and desktop applications * Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing *  Identify integration defects and collaborate with developers to resolve cross-system issues efficiently * Ensure software meets business, technical, and compliance requirements * Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using JIRA or similar tools * Perform root cause analysis, collaborate with developers on fixes, and suggest preventive improvements * Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated workflows * Verify security controls and assist in vulnerability testing initiatives * Maintain accurate documentation and traceability matrices to support audit readiness * Communicate release readiness to product and development stakeholders * Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and security teams in an Agile environment * Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives * Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards * Gradually expand into test automation using TestComplete, including support for CI/CD integration **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), such as B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or an MCS/MCA with a Computer Science specialization * **Total Experience : 4– max of 8 years** of QA experience with strong proficiency in both manual and automated testing. * Immediate or with less than 30 days notice * Location: Pune only * Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies * Proven experience in integration testing, validating seamless interactions between applications, modules, and systems to ensure end-to-end reliability * Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation * Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities * Basic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python * Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail * Exposure to TestComplete or Selenium is a plus **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
