Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process. **Key Responsibilities:** ========================= **Quality Assurance:** ---------------------- * Define and implement QA processes and standards ----------------------------------------------- * Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications * Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features * Act as the quality gate before production releases **Automation & Improvement:** * Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy * Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation * Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices * Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows **Job requirements** ==================== **Qualifications:** ------------------- * 5+ years of QA experience, primarily web-focused ------------------------------------------------ * Strong background in manual testing * Experience setting up QA processes from scratch * Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Nice to have:** * Automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.) * Experience with accessibility or performance testing * Previous lead or senior QA role
