**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Standing for full shift **Job Description** **Job Title:** Sr. QC Technician Reports To:  Quality Manager Group/Division:  China Operation Career Band:  B3 Job Track: Associate/Professional/Management Position Location:  CMC factory, Guangzhou, PRC Number of Direct Reports:  0 Day/Shift (if applicable):  Day FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt):  N\\A **Position Summary:** (1-2 sentences) **该岗位负责仪器的来料、半成品、成品的检验，按要求完成相关检验记录及检验通过的仪器的放行。** **协助工程师对不良品及客退品的分析，利用****PPI****方法持续提出对产品质量改进方案** **Key Responsibilities:** (Bullets) * According to company quality police consistently inspection raw material and product as role of customer. 根据公司质量方针在最终检验工位代表客户检验原材料及成品 * Follow the inspection working instruction, provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report, release the good product. 根据质量最终检验说明书的要求，提供准确完善的不良和拒收报告，放行通过产品 * Complete the accurate inspection record. 保持准确完整的检验记录 * Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc., communicate with production line and track findings till correction 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能要求的不一致, 并与产线沟通及追踪至不符合项完成纠正 * Assist quality engineer trace back and investigate of in-process/customer complaints defects. 协助工程师追溯及调查生产过程及客户投诉不良品 * Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc. 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能的要求不一致的地方 * According to the PPI tool continue provide the improving suggestion of production and inspection process 使用PPI工具持续对产品生产及检验过程提出改进建议 * Report to quality engineer or line manager for any product quality concern. 向质量工程师或直线经理汇报产品质量问题 * Other line manager assign works. 其他质量经理安排的工作 **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** (Bullets) * College diploma; engineering related background is preferable. 大专学历，工程背景优先 * 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment;三年以上制造业经验， * 2 years practical experience in inspection; Familiar with gauges and tools; 2年质检方面经验，熟悉测量仪表和工具的应用 * Workable verbal English, can write, read English Emails. 用英语简单对话，能读写英文邮件 * Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified preferred. 内部审计9001&13485证书优先
