Our participants include women that are experiencing diagnoses of personality disorders and/or complex trauma that would benefit from accessible supports delivered in a women-only environment. This is a wholistic 24/7 program, delivered in partnership with the Area Mental Health Service, offering both clinical and psychosocial support to women who are becoming unwell, or as an additional support to strengthen their gains whilst transitioning from an inpatient setting back home. **About the opportunity** As our new Senior Recovery Worker, your role will see you developing individual recovery plans alongside participants and supporting them to achieve their own identified goals. You will also facilitate group sessions and work alongside your team members to support day-to-day operations of the PARC environment. Integral to this role is your ability provide mentorship and guidance to our team of Recovery Workers, fostering their professional development and ensuring they're supported to provide the highest quality care to women during their stay at Yanna Yanna PARC.
