This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and efficiently. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels * Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client * Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities * Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels * Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage * Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATS ### **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring * Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions * **Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable**, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered * Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills * Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Background in agency recruitment or embedded client-side recruiting * Experience recruiting within podcasting, media, or digital content industries * Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools ### **Tools & Technology** * ### Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms * ### Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace * Scheduling and interview coordination tools ### **Please NOTE** It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
