Click [**here**](https://agrilife.tamu.edu/) to learn more about how **_you_** can be a part of AgriLife and make a difference in the world! **Responsibilities:** 40% - Design, perform and analyze experiments to study the structure/function relationships of assigned proteins from Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other organisms. 10% - Cloning and expression of proteins of interest. 20% - Purification of proteins in sufficient quantity to obtain crystals. Crystallization of proteins. Data collection and analysis. 10% - Preparing data for grant application 10% - Monitoring and quality control of drug library. High-throughput drug screens.
