Senior Rewards Specialist

* Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs   * Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information.  * Investigate market data and research to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s salary ranges and pay programs.  * Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices. May administer both domestic and international programs.   * Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions.  * Administers and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.  * Provides functional compensation expertise and recommendations to HRIS to increase automation of compensation programs by leveraging systems and technology  * Works closely with HRIS team, Global HR Operations teams, Regional Rewards and HR Analysts  * Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Managements on job evaluations, new job creation and job descriptions.  * Supports the design, implementation and execution of Rewards Cycles and processes  * Supports HR Business partners with salary adjustments for compliance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
