Senior Sales Engineer - Bms Controls

**What you will do** The Senior Sales Engineer - BMS, Controls is a key role contributing to growth and managing major accounts reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls , UAE Based in Abu Dhabi, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, Pull through &, retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions. **How you will do it** * **Compliance**: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances * **Market Strategy**: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies. * **Customer Engagement**: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio. * **Business Development**: Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling. * **Stakeholder Mapping**: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base. * **Collaboration**: Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions. * **Proposal Preparation**: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders. **What we look for** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, **or relevant experience.** * 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems * **Track Record**: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs * **License**: Valid UAE Driving License. * Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers. * Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment. * Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
