Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities: * Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows. * Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonisation. * Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features. * Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions. * Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices. * Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams Required Skills: * 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL). * Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration. * Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ) preferred. * Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Education and Experience: * BS/MS/ in Computer Science/related degree OR equivalent professional experience. * 10+ years of experience.
