Headquartered in the CA, USA and with customers worldwide, AutoRABIT is a place for bringing your creativity to the most demanding SaaS marketplace. **Job Role :**_ _Role of DevOPS Engineer in ES department covers initiating or reviewing customer DevOPS_ _implementation, provide process flow recommendation, run salesforce deployments for managed services_ _projects, suggest best practices for customer, assist engineering team in latest technological developments_ _(UAT) to aid in AR tool enhancement._ _**Roles & Responsibilities**_ * _Implement and support Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, code quality, security, and backup solutions for enterprise Salesforce customers. Experience with AutoRABIT ARM, CodeScan, Guard, and Vault will be an added advantage._ * _Work with customers to understand their Salesforce development lifecycle, release management process, version control strategy, security, and compliance requirements._ * _Configure and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using AutoRABIT ARM or equivalent DevOps platforms such as Copado, Flosum, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools_ * _Configure and maintain Static Code Analysis solutions such as CodeScan, SonarQube, PMD, Salesforce Code Analyzer, Checkmarx, or equivalent tools to improve code quality and security. ·_ * _Support implementation of Salesforce governance, security, and compliance controls using AutoRABIT Guard or similar governance and security solutions._ * _Assist customers in implementing secure development practices and resolving deployment, code quality, security, and release management challenges._ * _Configure and manage Git repositories, branching strategies, merge processes, release pipelines, deployment automation, and environment synchronization._ * _Participate in customer workshops, implementation activities, solution validation, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support._ * _Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide implementation feedback._ * _Assist in configuring backup and recovery solutions using AutoRABIT Vault or equivalent Salesforce backup platforms such as OwnBackup or similar backup and recovery solutions._ * _Support Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) deployments where applicable, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, EPC assets, and DataPacks._ * _Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, version control issues, static code analysis findings, and CI/CD pipeline failures across Salesforce environments._ * _Prepare implementation documentation, deployment guides, knowledge articles, and customer handover documentation._ * _Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls._ _**Experience and Desired Skills:**_ * _3–5 years of experience working on Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, or Salesforce_ * _Administration/Development with DevOps exposure._ * _Hands-on experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps platform such as:_ _1\.
