Sr. SAP FICO Consultant2 Responsibilities for SAP Finance and Controlling consultant  Requirements Gathering - Understand and document detailed business needs related to controlling and finance processes.   Responsible for creating technical designs and functional specifications  System Configuration - Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements, including organizational structures, invoicing, tax conditions, product costing processes.   Implementation Support - Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for enhancement and projects.   Integrate with related areas - Integration of SAP FICO with other modules like MM, SD and Services (Service orders), PP.  Display understanding of the Business Processes and functional knowledge of several SAP modules  Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality, including data discrepancies and system errors.   User Training - Develop end-user training materials on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.  Documentation - Create functional specifications and technical documentation for FICO configuration and developments.  Effectively communicates with business and other functional analysts to understand and deliver on given requirements  Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users  Mandatory English language  Must be available to work some US hours Qualifications for SAP FICO consultant Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud and Fiori for the FICO modules functionalities. We are more interested on the controlling side of FICO, but must also have working experience in FI as well.  Controlling: Product Cost Controlling, For example moving average vs standard, reporting in COPA, Enterprise Controlling – Consolidation, Fixed Assets,…  Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking  Credit Management  10+ years in SAP FICO with hands on experience in analysis, technical design configuration and testing  Experience with cross country and company code finance processes. Sub- contracting, drop shipment integrations.  Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules like MM, SD, PP, Services  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders   Experience with use of SAP FICO in the Automotive industry desired  Must have knowledge or expertise in interfaces and integration to external platforms from SAP FICO, such as the use of APIs  We seek people with strategic thinking, superior problem solving skills and a strong professional track record of results  Very strong communication skills in English language  Possess a service-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility  Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts
