Sr SAP PP/QM Consultant1 **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **end-to-end functional support** for Primarily SAP PP and Secondary QM ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs. * Manage **incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancements** through structured processes. * Lead and participate in **SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects**, including S/4HANA transformations. * Gather, analyze, and document detailed **business requirements**; develop **functional specifications** and design documentation. * Perform **system configuration and customization** to meet evolving business needs. * Partner with **ABAP development teams** for custom solutions, interfaces, and reports. * Collaborate cross-functionally with **MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules** to ensure robust end-to-end business process integration. * Execute **unit testing, integration testing,** and support **user acceptance testing (UAT)** phases. * Develop and maintain **comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.** * Provide **knowledge transfer and training** to power users and business stakeholders. * Support **continuous improvement** initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization. * Participate in **go-live and post-go-live support** to ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization. **Required Skills and Experience** * Minimum **10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience** in Primary **PP, Secondary QM** modules. * Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as **Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.** * Strong understanding of **end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes**, including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution. * Deep knowledge of **integration touchpoints** across **MM, SD, and FI/CO** modules. * Experience in **EDI/IDoc processing**, data interfaces, and system integration. * Solid background in both **SAP ECC** and **SAP S/4HANA environments.** * Familiarity with **SAP Solution Manager,** **ChaRM****, and Jira** for change management and project tracking. * Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication** skills. * Demonstrated ability to **work independently** and **collaboratively** with global teams across multiple time zones. **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science****, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.** * Experience in **global template deployments** and **multi-country rollouts.** * Exposure to **SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics,** and **S/4HANA migration tools.** * Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and experience working within hybrid project delivery models. * Strong documentation skills and commitment to maintaining **system integrity and audit compliance.** * Prior experience in **manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries** is a plus.
