This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-impact SEO strategies, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of content, search behaviour, and performance metrics. The Senior SEO Manager leads cross-functional collaboration, mentors team members, and plays a key role in shaping client relationships. * Serve as the primary SEO contact on client accounts, leading calls and strategic discussions. * Support senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the team. * Work towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through day-to-day communications and account management. * Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the SEO team. * Manage budgets and resources for SEO projects. * Lead large-scale SEO initiatives across multiple platforms and markets. * Influence and collaborate with senior leadership to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies. * Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. * Drive measurable business outcomes through effective SEO strategies. * Represent the company at industry events and forums. * Ensure SEO efforts are aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
