Senior Social Influence Manager

The purpose of this role is to act as the key interface between the business leaders/users and the Product Management to gather information, perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and functional / non-functional requirements for the product. **Job Description:** Key responsibilities: Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements products Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies Conducts requirement gathering workshops, meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Performs requirements analysis, documents and communicates the results to key stakeholders and Product Management teams Creates detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Determines and develops user requirements for products in production, to ensure maximum usability **Location:** Shanghai - Haisu Plaza **Brand:** Amplifi **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Fixed Term Contract (Fixed Term)
