Senior Social Media Manager & AI Video Content Creator

We are looking for a **high-level professional** who can independently manage the social media presence of multiple brands, specializing in premium video production and content creation. ### * Proven experience managing social media accounts across all major platforms. * Exceptional skills in **video editing**, motion graphics, and animation. * Advanced use of **AI tools** for content creation, video editing, and creative optimization. * Ability to develop original content concepts, innovative formats, and effective editorial strategies. * Strong graphic design skills and an excellent aesthetic sense. * Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. * Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Native/Fluent Italian AND English (written and spoken) IS A MUST; Spanish is considered a strong plus. * Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the availability to manage multiple ongoing projects. * Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or longevity industries. * A portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, reels, and successful social media campaigns. ### Compensation The collaboration will initially be **project-based**, with the following rates: * **€50 for each edited video** * **€20 for each static social media post** For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a **long-term monthly collaboration**, with compensation reviewed based on performance, reliability, and workload. ### Recruitment Process The selection process consists of **two stages**: 1.
